Very disappointing, Dilapidated in need of desperate restoration. Terrible breakfast. When i booked this hotel i wasn't expecting it to be amazing but even still i was very disappointed. I thought it would be OK because of it having an AA 2 star rating. It turns out it got that rating in 1997 and hasn't been updated at all since. We booked 2 rooms one double and one triple. The triple was the most disappointing, it had an ensuite shower and toilet this was obviously a converted cupboard if you sat on the toilet your knees would be in the shower. The shower was mildewy and the shower curtain was too short so water spilled everywhere. The sink was almost falling off the wall and the taps felt like they were about to fall off when you turned them. The beds in the triple where very uncomfortable with springs in your back and the door handle on the inside was hanging on by one screw. The double room wasn't as bad the bed was a bit more comforable. The bathroom was bigger but the tiles were cracked and mildewy and the paint was also mildewy and cracking off. The furniture was very out of date and the over blanket on the bed looked about 30 years old! The breakfast was a disaster, we waited over half an hour for it to come and it was horrible not only was it of poor quality it was also cold, not impressed at all. The only redeeming factor of this hotel was the free parking. All in all i think it was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in and i definately will not be staying there again. Would not reccommend to anyone!

VERY DISAPPOINTING DON'T GO THERE. WENT ON TO STAY FURTHER TWO NIGHTS IN TRAVEL LODGE AT GANTS HILL DEFINITELY A BETTER OPTION

I was a client of this hotel years ago now has change the staff or owners and the quality, service is very poor!
