The Oliver Plaza is an adorable little hotel in the Earl's Court area. It's in a gorgeous, safe neighborhood that's right down the street from the nearest Tube Station. The staff is very willing to go the extra mile- whether it be booking a taxi...

+ good location v close to earls court for the boat show and has parking - sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum mit allfälligen Wartezeiten, Minibad bei welchem die Toilette wegen der Enge des Raumes schwer benutzbar ist

housekeeping was good but reception staff were unwilling to give advice on travel and directions. I (female) was by myself and was anxious to get home on the day of london terrorists attacks. They were very unsupportive to me.

+ We particularly liked the attitude of your staff especially the young man who was at the desk when we arrived. He very kindly changed our room to a bigger one as we were staying for 4 days and had quite a bit of luggage - orange juice bitter

My room was shabby and, on the second night, infested with ants; the staff did not even try to fix these problems.

The facility was clean and quiet and in a convient location. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the staff for the most part was not very helpful and service was very limited. However for the price it would be what I expected.
