+ It was amazingly quiet, particularly considering the traffic on the surrounding streets.

+ Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

+ Clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff, both in reception & in the adjacent bar. - front guys were terrible. we reserved taxi in the dawn for the airport

+ Helpful staff. Modern, well-maintaned facilites. - Breakfast is an expensive add-on.

- but they didn't even checked. it we get the taxi by ourselves we were late for the bus for the airport inthe 3 o clock in the morning

+ brightness of rooms - work going on

+ Attitude of the staff, friendly and not supersilious. - I forgot ot mention that the shower in my room sprayed directly onto the opposite wall rather than in the shower tray

+ Reastaurant / Friendly Staff - Reason for stay was in order to catch early Eurostar. Asked reception for wake-up call at 0550. Luckily I took "belt & braces" approach by setting phone alarm, as did not receive wake up call. Hotel very good, however traf

+ Location, cleanliness, quietness - We were given a disabled room which did not have a bath which we expected

The hotel tried to charge a higher room rate than the agreed confirmation The main bar was closed for refurbishment. The temporary bar in reception was poor Our room was tired and was overdue refurbishment
