The Novotel has a great restaurant and bar. Also the location made it easy to get anywhere by walking only 2 blocks to the subway. Would recommend to anybody.

+ The front desk staff was excellent at assisting me in faxing some documents to the US. Very helpful. - Housekeeping did a good job cleaning, but never left more than 1 towel (there were 2 of us) - even after repeated requests. Also, the key cards needed

We were not familiar with London but thought this hotel looked great on-line. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the property is for the money spent. Rooms are clean and modern, bathroom was excellent with seperate toilet closet - The look of a cruise ship bathroom but alot bigger. Breakfast was included each morning which was very nice and the tube is steps away. The Tower Bridge and the Crown Jewels are just across the street. Even though this hotel is located in the "business district" you can get on the tube and be anywhere you want in London within minutes. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and we ate dinner there almost every night. If you are looking for affordable and nice accomodations this is it. I am going back again this year and staying there again.

We were in London as my husband was running the marathon and I found that the hotel was in an excellent place central for all our needs. We dined in the hotel twice once from the bar meal and once from the buffet menu and found that the food was excellent. Breakfast was substantial and delicious. The staff on reception were helpful and went out of there way to book a sight seeing tour bus for us. I was injured for this weekend and had to use a wheelchair and would recommend this hotel for disabled people. All in all we found the stay enjoyable and pleasant.

+ Perfect location for our needs. Similarity of furnishings made the bedroom almost like being back at Zurich! - Loud music after midnight
