Excellent Location Location is the best. Very close to Paddington Station. Only two small comments about the hotel: 1)Televisions that small should be closer to the bed. 2)An extremely noisy group returned to the hotel around 11:30 pm keeping everyone awake for the next hour.

A very basic hotel not deserving of 3 stars Spend a little more and stay somewhere better!

Very good for the price Yes, this is a fairly basic hotel, but when I stayed there I was greeted by friendly and helpful reception staff, the comfortable room was en-suite with both bath and shower, clean soft towels, multi-channel TV, data port, trouser press, hairdrier, mini-bar and room service. There is a comfortable bar/lounge with Sky Sports and lager at half what I've paid elsewhere. Yes, if you looked very closely there was a hair in the bath but given the overall standard and convenient location I really don't know what people are complaining about for the price.

So-So Hotel for a decent price Having stayed at other London hotels with similar rates, I had been preparing myself for much worse. As such, I was pleasntly surprised to find the Norfolk to be a clean hotel with reasonably sized rooms offering a similarly reasonable degree of comfort. This is definitely a low-frills hotel, but one that offers a fair value for your money.

Very noisy run down hotel but good location The location on this hotel is great, but the building itself is quite shoddy. Leaky, rotting windows, squeaky floors were the norm. The walls are paper-thin - you won't be going to sleep until your neighbors and the people upstairs do. Great if you need to catch a train out of Paddington in the morning, but otherwise I'd stay elsewhere.

Not impressed The rooms were below standard, bathroom in need of repair( IE- loose floor tiles, broken shaver outlet. Food could be a lot better, staff so so? Star rating should be -1-.

The carpets on the floor wasn´t especilly clean. The buffé breakfast was rather poor. Otherwise the stay was ok. But hotels in London are much too expensive compared to other hotels in capital citys in Europe.

good quality for money spent Pleasant, simple hotel. Friendly reception. No internet in the rooms, only in the lobby if it's in working order. But just down the street there's an excellent internet shop. Rooms clean, on the spartan side. But good value.
