+ Good location - The previous occupant of non-smoking had smoked and the room smelt of cigarettes. As an asthmatic this caused me problems.

Typical of hotels converted from old London buildings. Not particularly well converted. Small rooms and narrow corridors. Senior staff very pleasant but junior staff not really knowledgeable or enthusiastic. Certainly, not a genuine 4star hotel.
