The hotel is near Earl's Court station and therefore convenient to getting around. The staff are very friendly. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but it was included in the deal. That said however the room ( Double room with large bed) was not to a standard I would recommend to fellow travellers. The toilet seat was broken, the carpets were badly stained and the room being at the front of the hotel very noisy so it was not possible to have the windows opened. the hotel in general could do with a make over as the room I had was really dated and needed freshening up.

Absolutely Awful! TV didn’t work. Small room. You coudn’t even sit on the toilet as the paper holder was in the way. A loud disco is in the basement. More of a student hostel than a hotel.

Hotel in bad state of repair,as my wife tripped on poorly laid carpet outside room, and very noisy at night, however good location for Earls court and tube.

+ Despite the "Night club" in the hotel I did neither hear any noise nor see any of the girls in the hotel. - It's a pretty old place which should be renovated. Don't think too long about the carpet.

Very close to Earls Court subway station. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and good facilities. Would have been happy to spend more time at this hotel.

Reasonable hotel The room is tiny, television doesn’t work well, no wifi reception in the room, quite noisy during weekend (including Friday) due to the night club at basement. But for this price, this is a reasonable hotel. Only 1 min walk to Eurl’s Court tube station. Very convenient to getting around. Tons of restaurant in the neibourhood. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Definately buy Oyster card if you are planning to use Tube to get around. One way ticket is much cheaper using Oster card. It saves money and time.

Athough one or two problems (wash-basin partially blocked and trouser press inoperative) the staff were charming and service excellent. I did not receive confirmation quickly after my internet booking (despite acknowledgement from Venere which was immediate) and when I phoned hotel to enquire was quoted\ a higher price than on Venere web-site.I accepted to pay this price, but the hotel contacted me by e-mail shortly afterwards to confirm they had received my internetr booking and confirming that the price would be as advertised on the web-site. I very much appreciated this, and would be pleased to use the hotel on a future visit.

Nice room, specially I liked the room size compared to other London hotels, friendly staff, excellent connection to London Underground, quiet. On the downside breakfast is served first at 8AM, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner for my taste and one has to pay extra to use the Internet.

Fantastic location near Metro, pubs, retaurants and shops. Room facilites were as stated, but it was small with dark furnuture and curtains, which made this worse. No chair to sit on to watch TV, which was a first out of all other hotels I had stayed at during this trip to Britain and Europe.
