This hotel is in a great location, great pizza & Breakfast just down the street. About a 4 minute walk to Paddington Station and Tubes. The staff was friendly, and helped call up a taxi, directions, overall very friendly and nice. The room, well it was a typical small London hotel room, just a bit bigger than the bed, small bathroom where you could shower, pee and shave while standing in one place. I've come to expect small hotel rooms in London which is ok for me because I only sleep in the room, and spend the entire day out sightseeing, however expect to carry your luggage up small flights of stairs as this hotel doesn't have a lift. Over all our stay at Mina house was great, great price and location. Perfect for Heathrow express 1 train and you are at your hotel.

Comfortable beds, good location. Basement room had unpleasant smell from time to time. Breakfast only served for hour and half in mornings. Would revisit though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but that did not make up for the cramped and foul-smelling room.

Good location, noisy room especially 3.floor due to running water pump, to solve the problem the staff showed me the hidden switch...

This is my worst stay in a hotel ever. We stayed in a triple room and two of the beds were full of bugs. Well, at least they gave us a full refund.

+ The staff of the hotel is good and also the location of the hotel is very good. - The price of the hotels is not compatible with value of the rooms. i have rent duble room with 81 pound, however the size of the room is very limited and the size of the bed is compatible with duble bed and carpet is very derty and it needs change so i see alot of negtive things in this hotel(the house needs refuribshing). at this stage i will not recommond any friends to stay at this hotel. good luck.

To sum it up, this place was AWFUL. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom, well lets just say I would have rather hosed myself off outside and felt cleaner. One man who worked there would make us pay our phone bill every time we left if we made any calls. I needed an iron and the one I got looked like what was used in Medieval times. Oh, and the radiator busted so we had to open the "terrace" doors in February. So we freezed and burned our rears off.
