Arrived to a nice and clean room that met our expectations. (We arrived early & got our room right away.) Started exploring London & realized that this location was fantastic...convenient to subway, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, lots of pubs & restaurants in side streets. My only complaint about this hotel is the AC in our room was not sufficient during the heat wave of the time. However, I bet most hotels were not equipped for the heat wave. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would go back to stay in this hotel again.

Good value London base I use this place regularly for London business trips. It's well situated (close to the US embassy), well maintained and very comfortable. And it's not expensive for what you get.

+helpful friendly staff, comfortable and room of good size -room fixtures a little 'tired', would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles pushed together. There doesn't appear to be an option on your website to state bed preference.

It is a reasonable possibility if you want to stay in Mayfair but it is definitely expensive when compared to the service offered: no free internet connection, poor in-room coffee facility and no breakfast included in the Venere price. It is still good va
