Great location. Good variety in continental breakfast buffet. Very bright upper floor rooms with view across Knightsbridge. Very courteous staff at the desk. Comfortable room temp. & decent sized room for London. Overall, very pleasant stay.

    - There is only three little cups of milk, consider it, it is twin room.

excellent location for shops and transport The hotel is very clean and has all the comforts you need. The position for taking the tube or bus is perfect. Rooms very clean and the bed was excellent. The only thing I didnt like was that the room smelled of humidity (I dont know if it was the air conditioning) and even spraying perfume did not make it better. Also , the room was quite small but for the price maybe it is impossible to ask for more.

Great location I have been staying in this hotel even before it was a Millenium hotel. It is placed in the heart of Knightsbridge, within easy access to shops and restaurants. Great location.

Much improvement needed Staff at front desk & the pricey cafe couldn't care and on two occasions were quite rude. "Can't you see I'm busy!" was the response to a simple courteous request. Rooms are very small. Very old television with remote control that doesn't translate to on screen information. Expensive internet access was unavailable and no-one was concerned. Would not return or recommend.
