It was a pleasant hotel. Staff was polite and mostly helpful. Room was kept clean and in order. The location was safe and close to subway station for easy transportation to any other location. I would recommend it to other travelers.

Nice Hotel I arrived to find two men abusing a member of staff at the reception which he handled quite professionaly. My only grip with the hotel was one of the nights we stayed we had breakfast as part of the package but we missed it.I asked to use it the next day but was refused, I found this very small of the hotel with no appreciation of my business. It was a take it or leave it attitude, other than that is was a nice comfortable hotel but a little expensive. Location to undergrond is very good.

The room was dreary. Poor lighting. Called to get the light fixed. Staff came and said he could not fix it tonight; a maintenance man would fix it tomorrow. Never was fixed. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean.
