I didn't have towels for two days, so I couldn't use the shower. I told the clerk about it but they didn't give a damn about it too. How am I supposed to clean myself? with toilet paper?

The single room was minute but clean with a modern private bathroom. Some of the furniture needs fixing: a filthy footstool needs new upholstering, and the lose head of the bed kept banging against the wall. I had to squeeze some tissues inbetween to stop the noise. The central heating came on in the morning and in the evening only. Early in the morning and at night the room was too cold, prompting me to request another blanket for the second night. Apart from these minor issues, everything was fine. Hairdryers are handed out to guests upon request. Continental and English breakfast. I took a brief look at a double room and those seem to be spacious, tidy and well furnished.

+ Really well located, with a pleasant outlook. My room had been freshly painted and although small, it was quite comfortable. Having complimentary wireless throughout the hotel meant that I could catch up with my emails after a long journey. - Camera mol

my mother passed away, I had to leave Devon and never made it to London. Keith Richards had my room cancelled, even though the hotel was very confused by this; they knew that he still had reservations for two rooms, but they cancelled his double and tried to put him in a single. After a long period of confusion, however, he was given a double for he and hisi partner.
