It would be easier to find if it were located as 'in THE BADEN-POWELL centre on the corner of Cromwell and Queensgate'. Good breakfast. Bunk rooms too cramped. Didn't want fun.

+ Staff displayed exceptional courtesy , were very competent and helpful when fielding requests .In this group setting I found superior levels of consideration among fellow guests.. - In spite of the 'no takeouts' notices ,noticed some packing sandwiches

Very family friendly hotel. Nice with all the Scouts. Breakfast room light and has a nice view. Breakfast buffet simple but good. Nice quiet area, close to underground/bus. Within walking distance to many attractions, such as Hyde Park, Harrods, museums etc. On the downside: Very small bathroom. Shower curtain too short (wet floor). No drinking water in the room, but OK since there was a water fountain in the corridor. TV remote was missing. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
