Not Bad If you are staying more than 2 days get an oyster card at the airport and save on daily tube passes.

Worst hotel evcer stayed in. Bed springs stuck out of bed and had aback problem all day. Managment doesnt care! Right next to train station. Halls and walkways are unstable. If you booked this hotel ask them to see the room first!!! do not leave a full deposit when you sign in until you see room. They will not refund you!!!!

Good location near tube station. Carpark is 10 minutes walk away, not quite convenient, need to ask hotel staff to open the gate every time going in and out.

The Mayflower stay was excellent. It is extremely close to the underground and basic restaurants are nearby to satisfy any food cravings. The continental breakfast was good and satisfied our needs. The room was spacious for a european hotel and the beds w

The hotel is under renovation, no elevator provided. The staircase is steep, it is so hard to carry the luguage to the upper floors. The staff was unable to show us the ways to the nearest HSBC bank or the Tower Bridge. They proudly claimed that this' a 3-star hotel, but we can hardly agree, cause the service provided was with great disappointment from the room to the staff when we compared with the 3-star hotels in Europe, e.g. Barcelona and Firenze, that we stayed during this trip, which were also booked through venere.com.
