Great staff.Should not have to pay $30 for internet access. Should be complimentary.“Overall, very nice room, large by London standards. Wonderful staff. Had to wait over 15 minutes. For a taxi. I had called down and told it was first come first...

The immediate location of the hotel is safe and quiet, but didn’t offer many amenities. Other than the (very expensive) restaurants at the hotel, there was just a convenience store, a Thai restaurant, a Benihana, and a Chinese restaurant within walking distance. There was also the Swiss Cottage Pub, which was the only “nightlife” you could access without taking the Tube.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 a.m. after our "adventure" from Gatwick--they allowed us to check in early and get settled/rested. The hotel itself is very nice & the rooms are nicely sized. The location was great in that it was very close to the tube station--easy walking distance, even in the cool March weather! Also, the area had some neat pubs to explore. All in all, would definitely recommend this hotel & would definitely return for another visit!

Modern Hotel Suitable for Business and Liesure During the work week the pool is not available to children after 8 PM. If you want to use the pool, be sure to plan to arrive well before 8 PM to ensure you have ample time to enjoy the pool. Also, during the work week try to travel on the "tube" after 9:30 AM where the fare drops by nearly half.

This hotel was much nicer inside than the outside suggests. Our stay was mostly good, however, our bathtub was not draining properly and even though we completed two maintainance cards and spoke to the floor supervisor about it, the problem was not fixed before we left. Also we found a clump of hair stuck to the wall next to the tub that was not ours! We told the front desk about this and they appologized, but made no effort to discount our stay.
