the hotel staff were very friendly and hotel location is excellent however the only thing which was not available a tea and coffee tray with water kittle in the room. Internet access was expensive. should be made available complementary for the expensive room rate.

We really enjoyed the superior room, plenty of space, very trendy, perfect location.

Nice, cozy, elegant small hotel. Comfortable bed, room was really very small and theTV screen was the size of a computer screen. Location is perfect. Service very good. Free Wi-Fi was only in the lobby but did not work. In the room Internet connection was quite good but the cost was around 12 pounds for a day.

the hotel quality is just average just because the lack of some services like bar,restaurant and breakfast and i consider the rates to expensive for so minimal services.

Great location, great service, personable, an all around perfect stay. Afternoon tea was delicious, cool atmoshpere. My room was tiny (but who cares), my bathroom was spacious. 2 Blocks from the Bond St. tube.
