A clean, well-appointed, small room for 3. Excellent breakfast and very competent employees. A good spot to sty in London - handy to buses and the Tube, and with grocery stores, PO etc very close by.

Very small rooms, but about what we expected for the price in London. We traveled with our two teenage daughters and found the room very cramped, but workable. The bathroom was tiny, but had a nice shower. Very small, but adequate room for light breakfast. The location was on a pretty street and very convenient for the Underground. Some noise from the Earl's Court station from our room. Would stay here again.

The Hotel was nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they did not serve English Breakfast. The Location close to Earl´s Court Underground Station ist perfect, in case the Underground is running (was on strike when we stayed there).

The rooms at the last floors are really too small, especially the bathroom, but if you want to pay more, there are nice rooms. Anyway the hotel is really nice and the staff is kind; the position is perfect, close to the tube, in a good area.

good price/quality relationship. Friendly employees. I forgot something in my room after check-out and they sent it back to my home free of charge, thx :) Hotel is very near a metro station. Good stay for a trip to (central) London.

We had a great stay at the Lord Kensington. As a family of 5 (3 young kids), we needed something close to the Tube. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and even hauled our bags up to foyer. Ample breakfast with good coffee. Bathroom a bit tight. The room was a touch hot, so we opened windows, but were then bothered by car noise. We had a great stay and would recommend to our friends.

Very nice helpful staff. Good location close to metro, grocery stores around corner. WI-FI available. Negatives - very small rooms, breakfast limited but satisfying, horrible toilets. We had to add water to our toilets to make them flush. Even though the staff was wonderful I don't know if I'd stay here again just because of the toilet issues. The rooms were noisy due to the street noise from one of our rooms - we had two rooms as there were 5 of us traveling together - and the train noise from the other. However the trains do stop running at midnight but do start early in the morning. But it was a very good enjoyable stay - very clean and pleasant hotel.

Beautiful room. We had a 5 bedder and it was big enough for 4 adults and a 12 year old. The bathroom was big by London standards. Breakfast was better than some I've had in Europe. Location was great! Front desk personel were helpful.

The ratio quality/price is very good, all the staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms, and the breakfast room, are clean but small. The tube station is close to the hotel and in few minutes you can be downtown

Would we stay here again? Absolutely Yes! 4 minute walk from Earl's Court Tube Station. Only had 1 night to explore London, and made Selfridges (wicked department store) our destination, even dinner & a bottle of wine. Helpful staff (wakeup call the next am, and directions to Selfridges. Close to shops water, wine, coffee, etc...We will come back to London, and Lord Kensington.
