Great location, clean rooms, very warm - we were little afraid as temperatures outside went sub zero, but the heating ran perfectly.. the showers werent too nice, but kept clean.. breakfast was not too tasty (just to fill the stomach) and taken away from you at 9 sharp (served only 7.30-9.00). staff was just OK, friendly but wouldnt do much extra on top of their regular duties (acceptable for the price), we were happy they called us a cab.

It was impossible to turn the heating down and the staff didn't do anything about it either. It was could during the night because the window couldn't get closed properly. The room was dirty. Bath ok, but mouldy corners. No dark curtins. Beds very hard with only blankets. Too poor. Sorry.

I was very disapointed in the state the hotel was in. The website didn't show any pictures of the inside so I had now idea what i would be like. A little new paint on the walls would make the place much nicer. The description of the breakfast-room wasn't really true either. The staff was very friendly but I don't think we will stay there again. A big + for the nice breakfast!

while the hotel is central to tourist attractions, the rooms are excessively small, roads are busy and loud and never stop to be so

I was given a room in the basement, the carpeting on the stairs down to the basement was unclipped and incredibly dangerous. The facilities did not feel safe or clean. Breakfast was to be served from 7.30, it was not until 7.45 that some of the hot food started to be served.

three stars rating is not understandable. Real rating is one star (at least in Italy).

The staff is friendly, but... So many stairs to climb - but not even single lift! Be careful! Noisy street at night! Very disappointing English breakfast (not only for a vegetarian like me)! Very low stream of water in the shower!

Overall, considering the hotel was close to the centre of London, it was OK. The breakfast was a bit rubbish but at least it was cooked which is something you don't always get! Value for money at -u60 a night per room. We'd use this hotel again if we c
