+ really good breakfast - the single room was too smal, and you could ear the others room's noise

Nice hotel in good neighborhood. Close to tube station, restaurants and shopping. Our room had one double bed and two singles. Since there was three of us, the room size was more than sufficient. Four people may find it a little tight. The bathroom was clean but small. Hotel was located on quiet side street so street noise was not a problem. Although noise, talking, and closings of doors could be easily heard from the hallways. Breakfast was basic, cereal, toast, boiled eggs and milk, juice, coffee and tea. I would definately recommend this hotel as a good budget hotel and I would stay there again.

+ convenient location - included breakfast was very basic, poor value for money overall.

This is a very nice hotel in an ideal location for travel by public transport (Earls Court Station is just steps away.) I found everything to be satisfactory. The only thing I found odd was that the hotel charged me 5 pounds to hold my bag for a few hours after I had checked out until I left for the airport. This seems excessive.

+ In a nice area of london - The room was very small and on the lower end of hotels in the area. okay for one nights stay but any longer and it might be uncomfortable.

+ The staff were very friendly and accommodating, bits of the hotel seem to be having a face lift which was good to see. - Some rooms were far too small and shouldn't be allowed. Slightly larger shower cubicals as very hard to wash hair.

+ Hotel is run by a charming Indian family. The older children staff the reception desk and are polite and efficient. The hotel is an adequate, clean 2 to 3 star budget hotel in a convenient location. - Room fixtures and fittings are a little tired. Bed (

The room was more or less what we expected from the website and reviews, and we were satisfied. There were tea making facilities available late at night in the common room, which was useful. However, even though there was Wi-Fi available, the staff member on duty at night had no idea how we could access it.

Well located, near the underground station and some restaurants. Street not very quiet during the night (high speed cars and some noisy drunk people) Room for the break-fast very small
