Good location, small room, but overall a nice place to stay. We spent a wonderful week at the London Bridge Hotel. The room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location, right beside London Bridge Station was very convenient. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only real down side was that we thought for the price we were paying that breakfast should have been included.

On arrival at london station we followed the directions give by active hotels and found our way to the London Bridge Hotel easily as it was a short walk away from the station. On booking in we were greeted by a well manner conciege who asked if we would like our luggage to be taken to our room after check in. When checking in we were given an 'executive' suite with full english breakfast, which was excellent as we had booked a 'standard' double room with full english breakfast in the morning. On entering the suite it was superb a modern big room. In the morning we went to the dinning room for breakfast. There was a small of which we had to wait about 5-10 minutes before we were seated, which was not to bad. The breakfast itself was very good, but not excellent. Finally we checked out and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel all day while we went out around london, which was a god send. Overall the hotel was excellent and we would return again.

The rooms are ok but the service is totally awful. It doesn't deserve four stars. We asked to pay a supplement for its traditional English breakfast since we were not happy with our normal continental breakfast. The restaurant manager came to shout at us that if we were not happy with their breakfast, we should eat outside and he would pay for it? He was rude, impolite, and uneducated. We reported him to the Deputy manager but we didn't get decent appologies. When he came to appologize with his manager, he was still yelling at us and said that we are not his guest? We were treated with no respect and the hotel's didn't do anything about it. We were humuliated!

I would definitely stay at the London Bridge Hotel again - if the dollar doesn't deteriorate further against the pound!

The stay was a good experience and Georgetown Restuarant good. Although room was on the small side it contained everything required. I estimate that I understood what I was booking and received that. I was not disappointed. I am still not sure whether booking by the internet is always the most economic way forward?

This hotel was great. The rooms were small, but that is normal for Europe. The entire Hotel was updated, and and clean. Both of the restaurants were fabulous. Dont remember the name but the restaurant down stairs was deffinetly worth going to again. The service was great, everybody was very helpful. It was easy to get around from its location. Underground is only 100 yards away. The only bad thing is that at night there is not alot to do in the area.
