Stayed for 2 nights in December - fantastic price. Hotel staff friendly at reception, rooms slightly small but clean, quiet and contained everything we required for our London stay. Hotel in good location - we walked through Kensington/Hyde Park into P

- The staff are not very friendly: they do not say hello or look at you when you enter the hotel.

+ The size of the room and bathroom (for London standard) - Poor service, not English speaking staff, poor value for the money!

Hotel very clean. Our bathroom was new with a shower cubicle. No hand towels only bath towels. We were on the 4th floor and during our stay the lift was broken and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs and drag our cases down when we left. Dining room in b

+ The room was very clean, good sized and even a newly renovated bathroom! This is not that common for hotels of the same price in London. An absolute bargain for the money!

It was in a good central location but there was no internet connection when we were there and that was very disappointing.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Very good rate for quality and location of hotel, very close to Bayswater tube which was handy. Would definitely consider again.

+ We had a room where the air conditioning was exiting and was noisy all night and also very hot! - The hotel is positioned right next door to a youth hostel in which is very noisy at night and the early morning. This is the negative point about the hotel
