+ Staff very helpful, room spotless. Loved the designer bathroom. - Very pricey bar no wonder it was deserted.

We check in and found that they did not have the smoking room. They could offer us no help except that we could smoke in the garden and the lounge. They also would only give my husband and I one key. Which was not convienent, because we often go out seperately. The key was this big, clunky, heavy and odd plastic thing. The rest of our stay was lovely. The room was clean and nice. The garden in the back of the hotel was beatiful! The tube station was right around the corner, but there was not much around the hotel, mostly residential and restaurants.

The announced rates turned to be without VAT. It's much better not to mislead people with lower rates than in reality.

This hotel is far from everything necessitating a $36.00 cab ride back from the West End theatres in the evening. The first room we were put in was extremely small, the windows couldn't open completely because we were behind the concrete ballustrades with no view, however, the pigeons perched on the ballustrades kept us awake. We found a room on the opposite side of the hallway that did look onto the garden ourselves and demanded the hotel let us move which they did. The bathrooms are extremely small, the rooms themselves are like a college dorm furnished by IKEA. This was not at all what we had hoped for the considerable expense involved. Many other much better hotels were available once we arrived however, due to our brief stay of only 3 nights, we did not want to waste time moving so we spent all our time away from the hotel from 10 AM until after midnight every night. The buffet breakfast was the only decent part of our stay. The hotel is primarily for German tourists. It is in no way "close to Harrod's and that upscale neighborhood.

a decent hotel as long as you don’t shower good location, pretty comfortable. overall decent hotel. Problem is that the water temperature in the shower switches from boiling (and I actually got burnt) to freezing within seconds. I complained several times to the semi-friendly stuff, they sent a maintenance guy to "check" it, but of course everything was ok. In short, stay away unless you’re not planning to shower.

Nice Hotel Hotel was great, staff was wonderful, rooms where small, but well laid out, this hotel was alittle out of the way, but just a block from Earls Court tube. If you have not been to England before the tube is easy to use, safe, and will get you anywhere in London. Go to the We Will Rock You show, my whole family loved it.
