This hotel is in a excellent position for most of London. Within walking distance to Harrods and lots of other shops! Hyde Park was only accross the road and the Albert Hall round the corner. The rooms were well equiped and the staff very friendly. The e

We were initially offered a dark room over the waste bins. We were given another room on request which was fine.

The hotel location is second to none, and it is reasonably priced, but be aware that the rooms are really small. Also the windows are single glazed I found my room quite noisy.

The hotel was immaculately clean and tidy, and very warm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast we had was good. My only concern was the lift, which was small and a bit temperamental. It stuck once and would often take you to the wrong floor. Apart from that, this is a hotel that I would stay at again.

Located near Kensington Pond, it is very suitable for those who like the parks. I stayed 1 night in a small tidy room for 100pounds, had a robe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A lot of extra service for $. However, a telephone ring did not work, I have spent extra 14 pounds for a second 3.5min talk to Russia. If I stay longer, I'd prefer a larger room. A good hotel.
