very friendly and clean as usual.though the price got a bit up.Neon lights in the rooms is not very cosy! I forgot my camera and they`re about to send it to me.I´m very happy about that. Not so common I think.

The twin room and the common bathroom we payed for were not clean enough. The towels were not changed and the dust-bins were not emptied. We visit an other B&B in London for a friend and it was much better for the same price! I will not recommend the B&B Kensington Court Hotel.

The room was quite spacious for the price (which was not the case with the en-suite facilities though). The major issue we had with our hotel is that it was pretty noisy on the streets at night. We could hear it in the room and even if we closed the windows, it did not really help much.

if you are looking for something cheap (compared with other london hotels) and you don't pay too much attention to room (really small, not so clean and little bit noisy) this hotel can be what you are looking for. It's really close to city centre and to subway and bus stops.

I will never go again and never recommend the hotel to others. Location is ok, still a little bit far away from the station. Price is ok but the facility is bad. Noise, small, no lift. Most owefully, the staff there is very mean! Sorry for the words but i

the main interest of this hotel is that it is located in the heart of London. Tha area is residential, near the central line. Very useful to enjoy your stay in the city. Let's say that the price is cheap for the area.

The staff were excellent. Our room was upgraded twice at no extra cost to us and because we were out the second time, they packed up for us. What a very pleasant surprize. Should we return, we would use your hotel again.

I think they have to work a bit more in cleaning room, changing sheet more often. People are friendly and the position and zone are really good and nice, neat tube, near the main busses. I think is a good quality/price ratio.

We just spent there one Saturday night (meaning we just used the room for sleeping a few hours and then left). Everything was ok, that is, if you've been in London before and know the kind of rooms you get for this price (really, really small, old, etc.).
