The rooms were large and newly remodeled. We were there during a heatwave so the fact that they had A/C was GREAT! Good location with lots of nice places to eat. It was a little pricey but I had never been to London so I was afraid of some of the smaller hotels. The service at the desk was fine but don't try to call from your room. After several attempts each day we finally had to go downstairs to find someone. The hotel resturant could have used better organization with their staff. Lots of people but not a lot getting done. Even with the service issues I would return to this hotel in the future hoping they have corrected their problems.

this hotel was perfect in everyway. we booked for a weekend whislt we were in london christmas shopping. it was in a perfect location, lovely hotel, welcoming staff, rooms were modern and beautiful, only complaint was room service...the food wasnt the best but couldnt fault anything else. would definatly stay there again, all round excellant, great value for money...made our weekend!
