Tiny family bedroom for 4 adults, but very acceptable for a couple of days.

+ Convenient location - Staff were at best cordial, but certainly not very welcoming, nor offered any assistance until asked. Room nor bathroom were satisfactorily clean. Previous occupants were visible everywhere.

+ warm welcome, allowed to check in early, good breakfast - Except excellent position just a few hundred meters from Victoria station, everything else was pretty bad

Great Place to stay! good value for money!! It's both a nice and cheap B&B to stay! only 8 minutes walking to victoria station, 5 minutes to victoria coach station! If you want to go to London and spend your time in the hotel just for sleeping, this is the right hotel for you! Clean Room, little private bathroom with shower inside!

It was really clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is spartanic and also the room, but it is a nice room nevertheless. Absolutely quiet, though very central. I'd go there again.

+ staff make you feel at home - Rooms were very small and bathrooms were cramped. Probably could have been cheaper because of this.
