+ The location of the hotel is an important positive point, because is near of victoria station. - The hotel could offer internet access or office room with computers to the clients. the room and the bathroom could be cleaner.

Good value for money considering its closeness to central London. Although we were put in a property away from Ivy House I Would use Ivy and it associates again. May be they could turn the heating down abit.

+ Didn't stay in ivy, but at alexander just down the road which seems to be owned by same people. alexander was better than i had expected considering price and having read other reviews. would recommend if on a budget and for a short stay. - Breakfast room was too small.

When a train came by at the back of the hotel the tv didn't work anymore... The room had a weird smell. Bathroom was 2 square meters. Breakfast was 'minimalistic' But I slept perfect!

The room was incredibly small and the bathroom was horrid. You had to put your arm over the sink to sit down with one foot in the shower pan. We know the size/value/cost equation is rough in London but this was bad. The only good thing to say about the hotel is that it is VERY conveniently located to Victoria Station and, therefore, Gatwick airport.

Our room was very dirty and stank! The bathroom was very little und dirty, too! Their was hairs and other smut from the prior guests! The only good one was the short way to Victoria Station! I would never book this house again!

I think for a few nights if you only need a bed and want to stay in central London wasn't bad at all for this price, but it's only magnetism. We book a private ensuite room for two. The room was very small, I should say tiny (the bed was the only thing which could fit in, because there were no room for anything else) and it wasn't clean. If I say not clean I mean: the carpet was as dirty as it can get in a year without cleaning, the cover of the duvet had some blots on it, etc. The bathroom wasn' a bathroom, it was a toilet with a shower in it, and it was aroun 2 m2.

the room and the small small toilet were not so clean, and quiet at all. We booked at ivy house's but we have been sent to another hotel in the same street. room were noisy but quite large. Good for young people, I would not suggest it to families

Hotel Reception area like one for homeless people. Arrived very late in evening otherwise would have gone elsewhere:
