+ I found the hotel was ideal for me and the kids having been to Wembley arena, nice for the kids not to have to travel far for some where to stay. We would stay again and recomend it to any one who is visiting Wembley for shows, concerts etc. - the restr

+ Location. - There was no hair dryer available to use - the one for the hotel was in use apparently

- we asked for more pillows abut there were none.

- needed a bin in the actual room not just the bathroom, and was a bit of a pain havin to go to reception to get a hairdryer etc lucky we realised before we got in the shower.

great service, good comunication by train/tube. great breakfast service.

- The fire alarm sounded at 2am with no explanation or information

+ ease of access to the concert venue and transport facilities.hotel was excellent value and staff very helpful andaccommodating - The room was too hot.

Perfect location on Wembley complex and easily accessible from train station (10 minutes walk) It would be helpful if the restaurant was open for lunchtimes - the 18.30-22.00hrs opening times were restrictive.

+ the room was clean and tidy. The ground floor bar was convinient.
