Close to London City airport A room I stayed in was probably intended for disabled. It had an awful bathroom, which was just a plastic case (though clean). At night, a drunken man was crying in the corridor. It took more than 15 min until a receptionist came and sent him to his room. Quite a horror in the middle of the night...

+ The hotel was very bright and clean with a great view from our 8th floor room. - Being charges twice what it would have cost if Id booked direct with hotel. Secondly the extremely poor service in the resturant- took ages for everything.

    - The directions could have been better as it was easier to find the hotel from the Custom House station on the DLR.
