Friendly reception and serving staff kitchen staff were unwilling to take order at 9:50pm, and when we insisted, seemed to provide less than their best

Excellent service, very quick, helpful and friendly staff, calm atmosphere- very relaxing, great choice for a good nights sleep.total privacy.Best hotel i've stayed at by far!

The rooms were not large but they were clean and had everything for a one night stay that I needed. It was also close to Heathrow and resturants. It had shuttle service even for early flights. The local train service was nearby for travel into London.
