Well, my daughter and I enjoyed the neatness and location of this hotel, but missed the buffet breakfast we were used to in Ibis, Earls Court, London. I'll come back when there's buffet breakfast. CU

Hotel location was perfect:just next to Aldgate East station and ten minutes walk from Tower Bridge. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff pleasant, all speaking several languages. Breakfast buffet was pleasant and good value.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff (all French) are so friendly, nice, and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very modern. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and the shower was actually quite big. It is a very convenient location, just around the corner from an underground station. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs and we enjoyed just hanging out down there some nights. The only little thing I did not like about the hotel was that the restaurant only served French food and I am not a fan of French cuisine. The price is more expensive than we are used to in the US but was actually priced better than most other hotels we found in London. If I ever go back to London, I am definitely staying here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a good location for the price and really close to a tube station.

The staff servicing the guests taking their breakfast was definitely insufficient.
