This hotel would not be at the top of my list to stay at when next in London. I would only do so if my preferred hotels are not available. The plus side was that this location was fantastic for the meetings I had for my short stay.

a very good hotel to stay in london i spend 5 nights at the hotel and everything was good, the location is nice, the tube station is two blocks away and the staff is very helpful. I would stay there again next year. Traveler's tip on local attractions the best and cheap way to know london is to buy the oyster card and then walk a lot

Awful place - do not stay here. Room was so tiny I could touch both walls with arms stretched. Took 2.5 hrs to actually turn my heating on in middle of November. Breakfast was like a rugby scrum, everyone crowded in, and I ended up with one roll despite paying full price for breakfast. There was a major leak and the carpets were soaking, no staff around to help and what there was just starred at me, so unhelpful and rude. Never - never stay here.

The hotel met exactly my requirements, so there is nothing more that I would have liked to know before booking. The only snag was the temperature in the bedroom and more so in the bathroom. It was very cold and overcast outside during my stay and this certainly contributed to the low temperature in the rooms, but such a nice hotel should be prepared for such weather.

The best thing of the hotel is the location, its right in the center, so its close to anywhere in london, and there is a tube station right there by just crossing a street, the rooms are really small its more like a match box, but was convenient for me as i just needed somewhere to sleep so wasn't looking for a luxurious room, what mattered for me was clean sheets and clean bathroom and that was available. 1st room they gave me wasn't that clean, the bathroom was ok, but there was something wrong with the smell, my suggestion, ask to take room in the 2nd or 3rd floor, the higher the better. People there are quite helpful, they changed my room once i asked them to change it.

Great location, so-so accomodations It doesn’t get better than this location-wise. Set right behind the tube station, but on a quiet off-street, the hotel is down the street from a major shopping area and convenient to all areas of zone 1/2 of London. The hotel is fine service-wise, a pretty good deal for the money but it’s not luxurous by any means. The rooms are small and can difficult to access; even though there is an elevator, there are a few steps up and down to the rooms and narrow hallways. The really was fairly clean, although the shower wasn’t impressive from a cleanliness prospective. I’d recommed the hotel for the location alone. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Pick up breakfast at the Tesco quick market across the street from the local tube station, oen block away from the hotel.

location was excellent for our purpose, this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The value -u59 for a twin room with continental breakfast was extremely good, and the helpful staff made our stay comfortable. Location great, very near Kensington

The hotel was very welcoming, and offered a baggage holding area, as we arrived prior to check-in time. We arrived at our room later on in the day, and were dissappointed to find that our bathroom was extreamly small and there was no bathtub. The room ove
