The Churchill is a great hotel in a great location close to the Marble Arch and Hyde Park and some of the best shopping in London on Oxford Street and close to the nightlife of SoHo. There are a variety of good little restaurants close by off Wigmore Street that offer many types of cuisine that won't cost you a small fortune to sample and enjoy.

Liked most location, disliked atmosphere; cold mostly used by businessmen and the super rich which creates unfriendly strange atmosphere far removed from normal life. Also breakfast was very poor for

Will stay again I wanted a plush hotel at a reasonable cost. That is exactly what I got. I booked very late. I got to the hotel and was given an upgrade on the room. The only negative was that the water in the shower wasn't hot but warm. The churchill bar was a relaxed affair which was a good finish to my evening out.Another plus is that well know top eatery Locanda Locatelli is there too. Recommended

Hotel is a sort of old world London hotel in terms of its decor and the attire of its staff. Not a modern or contemporary design.

The first night we stayed there, we had a mouse in our room eating the mini bar and running around. We called for another room, and immediatly got another room.
