Apart from the really tiny bathroom the place was good. Very central to many sights of interests. Room tiny for 3 people but ok. Reception helpful. Internet available at £1 for 30 mins. Breakfast was good too but the same each day. enough variety though.

The hotel was fine but we had a great problem with them. We had booked 5 months in advance, we contacted them via e-mail many times, but the day of our arrival they told us our name was not in the computer, that the hotel was full. We had chosen this hotel because it was near the centre, in a quiet area, near to the bus stop from where we had to go to the airport the last day, early in the morning, breakfast was included... They found us another hotel for a similar price, they paid us the difference but when we got there we realized it was 1 hour away from the centre. It was between zones 3 and 4 and we had bought a travel card for zones 1 and 2. We lost a lot of time on the underground. The firs morning in the hotel they told us that breakfast was not included, although we had booked a bed and breakfast. Luckily the last night in London we could sleep at our hotel and we could easily catch the bus. They ruined a part of our holiday. I don't know who is to play, whether the hotel or London30. And what is more, I tried to contact the hotel and London30 after our journey and nobody answers. I don't think I am going to use any of them any more. And I don't recomend any either. It was a present we made to our parents at christmas and they were very excited about it, and we had them going up and down on the undergroud when what we wanted was to be able to walk as much as possible.

This was a fair price for a good location on new year's eve. The room was very cold after the heating went off and the breakfast was average although the scrambled egg was very overcooked. We got what we paid for.

There aren't any other reasons to choose this hotel with the exception of the location. Bad cleanliness, bad services, bad breakfest, the room and the bathroom are very very small. The guests are totaly unfrendly. The hotel have three stars but I think that doesn't have the conditions for this category.

The braakfeast was not what I expected. I do not think that it schould do the diffrence between 2 and 3 star. The hotels bath is small, and the telly are small, and do not show more than 5 channels. It is werry easy to hear what is happening in the other rooms. - A bad 3-star hotel. A good 2-star hotel.

+ Great location, nothing special but good breakfast. - Thiny walls, you can hear everything from room next door, but OK for that price and few days stay.
