ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL WAS BASIC IT DID OFFER A CENTRAL POINT FOR TRAVELLING WITHIN LONDON.THE ROOM WAS QUITE SMALL BUT WAS KEPT CLEAN.THERE WAS BUILDING WORK NEXT DOOR TO THE HOTEL WHICH WAS A BIT NOISY

The room was small, but acceptable. But the bathroom was tiny, access to the bath was only by the first half whilst the second half of the bath was blocked off by a wall. Little things were missing, like a sink plug and a holder for the shower head. The breakfast was limited (it said continental but was offered cornflakes or a boiled egg plus toast). The bed and furniture were good, but the towels were very hard. Overall, it was very good value for money for a London hotel. I would stay there again for business, but wouldn't stay there with my family.

Friendly staff and extra plus that you could get tea or coffee 24 hours a day. The four-bed room we got was bigger than I had expected, but the shower/toilet room was very tiny. Typically London hotel.

Conveniently situated for Earls Court Rd and Cromwell Road (museumland) a short walk or tube ride. Very quiet peaceful hotel (my room was basement at the back). Very polite helpful staff.

Hotel was well situated, staff were lovely and very helpful.

I got what I payed for. Your hotel is in a great location.

Our room was small and our bed was for children. Breakfast very good.

+ Decent breakfast and friendly enough staff. - be prepared for very small rooms....we needed to keep the window open as the heat was very high and unable to control within the room
