Very friendly and helpful staff; excellent bargain; nice breakfast; very cozy. So cozy you better be in love! ;D

The room was a cold basement room. I had to sleep in an overcoat under the bed clothing. The floor of the room was humid, most likely from the half clogged drainage from the shover. I had a bad sleep but the breakfast was ok.

The room was comfortable enough, with wash hand basin, TV, tea/coffee making equipment and supplies (replenished daily). Room serviced daily. Good, adequate cooked English breakfast. Located on a quiet square, close to King's Cross Station, British Library--penty of buses, tube close by. Internet cafe in the post office one block way (one pound for 30 minutes), others nearby. Plenty of cheapish places to eat, convenience stores.

L'albergo e' carino, le stanze un po' piccole ma molto accoglienti e pulite (anche il bagno in camera, ma non tutte le stanze lo hanno). La vicinanza alla stazione metro di King's Cross (da li' si va in qualsiasi direzione, ci passano 6 linee) ne fa un posto strategico. Sicuramente ci ritornero' la prossima volta che capitero' a Londra. Nice place, rooms are small but welcoming and clean (even the bathroom, for the ensuite rooms). The proximity to the tube station of King's Cross (6 different lines to go everywhere) makes it a strategig place. For sure it will be again my place for the next time I'll be in London.

Just make sure that you choose the type of room carefully when booking. I booked a single basic room meaning it did not have ensuite facilities and I came to know this only later. My mistake entirely for not reading carefully. Also, note that your credit card is charged even before you get there which I really didnt expect.

Nice clean hotel, well situated very close to Kings Cross tube so easy to get around. Clean quiet room, small en-suite, but with cooked breakfast is good value for money.

Very pretty hotel, near of the city's center, this was a very good trip for us. Thank you very much for your welcoming

Would have liked the option to specify a non-smoking room or been told that the rooms were smoking/non.

The room is too small and not enough space for packing which is essential for travellers.
