Hotel pretty standard polite and friendly staff on reception, room very small, windows did not lock, and the chain on the door was put on back to front so room security was very poor. However it was quite clean and the beds were comfortable.

    - When we arrived at the hotel we were not allocated the room we had paid for. (triple) this was due to a leak. we therefore stayed in two separate rooms. one which had a shower and not toilet and the other which had both. the website described our stay as bed and breakfast. there was no facility at the inn for a cooked breakfast, you had to pick you 'breakfast bowl' up form reception on your return the evening before. this was all well and good as we were provided with a 'breakfast' yet the room was that small there was no facility to eat your breakfast resulting in the three of uss squashing onto the bed. this hotel is great for young travellers who are looking for a cheap night in the centre of london, but i would not recommend it to anybody else.

No effort... The staff were very helpful and nice!!! Well done...but sth that made me a bad impression was that the towels were smelly, all the way every time they changed them!!And at the end of our stay the toilet was smelly too, the real stuff anyway! Good try but no effort at the essential like hygiene!! Too much cheap refreshener.

The hotel is very well located; it is very close to the underground, a subway, burger king and a place called Pizzaexpress, when u can eat Italian food at a reasonable price. Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. At the reception you will find information about where to go and what to do. There is no touristic place close to the hotel or pub, however the fact of having the underground so close allow you to go wherever you want to go. The only complain that I have is that I was able to hear steps of people in the room in the uppers floors, which usually woke me up…, beside that I think the hotel is cool considering the price.

according to the price it's a good location, but it has very high and narrow stairs, .. you have to carry your luggage ! not easy for elderly customers.

it's OK The room was very small indeed and the hallways very tiny too, but the bed was alright and bedsheets were absolutely clean so were the towels. It is obviously not a luxuriuos hotel, however if you need a place in the city centre to sleep it is perfectly fine. Shower, toilet, kettle and coffee were there as well.
