+ modern, and location - The outside hotel sign could do to be higher as we missed it first time round on bus

Often nobody at front desk. Poor instructions on locating property. Very tiny room. Pretty modern decor throughout. Beautiful breakfast room with very nice continental breakfast.

+ The breakfast area was relaxed and comfortable and as the sun was shining whilst we ate breakfast it was nice to look out onto the well kept garden. Our room was very clean and to a high standard. Parking right outside the hotel was a real treat, instea

+ The modernity of the design - Put in a smoking room even though stipulated non-smoking.

+ Close to the tube station, easy to find restaurants - Tiny room but confortable room.

+ the hotel is two minutes from north ealing station. the room was very clean and modern - compact but had everything i needed.

+ breakfast good, quiet, friendly staff. - Parking is a big problem - staff not willing to be left with my car keys to enable them to move my car themselves. This would have meant more cars could park in their car park. Had to park at the railway station.
