+ The hotel was clean, and had nicer facilities/amenities than others in the same price range. The lift was a definite plus! Location is good - near Kensington and convenient to Heathrow. - Bathroom fixtures (sink, toilet) worked poorly, the bed was small

The hotel looked well maintained and well presented, the breakfast was delivered on the cold side, no milk supplied with tea, except from a large jug on the bar area. see points above.

+ great location close to the city center, nice surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast - Room was a bit cramped for wheelchair access.

+ - Close to the city centre - rooms were small but acceptible for London.

+ The room facilities, the stuff, value for money. - Couldn't sleep in the morning, but that's because my room was opposite the lift, and the maintanance was fixing the room opposite. The rooms are very clean, only a little spiderweb in the corners, but o

+ Friendliness of staff - 2 points: Bed was not very comfortable as was a cheap bed, however for 1 night not big issue.

+ - Comparably acceptible price (for London) - continental breakfast could be better. At least some cheese might be included

+ The girl on reception had lovely tits!! - Would have liked a small jug of milk with the breakfast as had to keep going to the buffet to get the milk for my cups of tea

+ Location was excellent. - Small rooms, very small but we only stayed the one night so we could cope. If I came again for more than one night I would not use the hotel.

+ - very cute garden - bed sheets and blankets were not so good
