Stayed for one night only - generally satisfied with everything. Check-in staff were sligtly abrupt and spoke poor English. I found them hard to understand which complicated our check-in process.

A nice place to stay I’ve stayed in London several times and it’s difficult to find a hotel that’s nice AND affordable. This is the one. It’s very close to the Earl’s Court underground stop (district and picadilly lines) so it’s pretty easy to get everywhere in the city. The rooms were updated and furnished very nicely. As always with european rooms, they’re a bit small (including the bathroom) but it looked like they were recently remodeled and were really lovely. They even include a fridge in the room in case you buy some items yourself.

Although relatively cheap and the room a reasonable size, it was in poor decoration and uninviting. The bed was abit uncomfortable and the TV had only two of the three colours working. However, it was in an excellent location for the nearby pubs and restauarants and handy for botht he tube and rail services.

It was a very basic hotel, however, it was very clean. The bathroom was an all in one unit in the corner of the room. For '50 for two people in central London it probably reflects the standard of the hotel, however, I would much prefer to spend slightly more and stay in a Premier Lodge or the like.

+ The hotel was very close to the Underground which was very helpful. It was a very clean, and very posh room. - The service wasn't exactly what I had expected it to be. It was my first time traveling to a foreign country and I had a few questions regardi

No air conditioning and close to a tube line meant that if the window was left open for ventilation the trains kept us awake. Fortunately a large oscillating fan was supplied. Otherwise excellent position only 5 mins from Earl's Court station - a very cl
