I would never have payed more than 89,- for this hotelroom. For that price it was ok, but the hotel needs to be upgrated a bit.

This Hilton has obviously seen better days. It's old. We asked a non-smoking room but the room had obviously been smoked in. We respectfully asked to be given a non-smoking room, and were moved from the third floor on the back of the hotel (quiet) to the sixth floor (street side noisy), from a room where the air conditioner worked, to a room where the air conditioner did not (only the fan worked, blowing warm room temperature air), from a room where all the lights worked, to a room where two were burned out, from a room with a comfortable double bed, to a room where the bed, I am convinced, was two box springs put together to make up a kingsized bed. It creaked and popped all night long, anytime we moved and sometimes when we were not moving. Lessons learned? 1) Those who ask to be moved will be punished, and 2) This is a Hilton hotel? My, how the mighty have fallen.

This place is happening ! Very close to a lot of restaurants, shops, grocery store, Catholic church and the best part, the bus drops you off right in front of the hotel. Very convenient when needing a cab or other forms of public transportation! Great staff, very helpful, very professional.

Bedroom a decent size. Both bedroom and en-suite very clean. Bath was very small though (too small for an average-height man to use comfortably). View from bedroom is of a brick wall with little natural light. Staff friendly. Good hotel, would stay there again.

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, yet the Hilton could only offer me a smoking room, as it was the last available room. I was not impressed, As I had booked this rom 3 months prior to my stay. Car park is very small.

Something wrong with everything It seemed like there was something wrong with every aspect of this hotel. Internet access was 15 pounds per day, and it simply did not work at all. I called to the front desk and they were not helpful in resolving my issues. So I went to the restaurant in the hotel, where they were supposed to have free Wi-Fi access. Wi-Fi reception there was poor and I paid through the nose for chips and a crappy Ceasar salad. I was on the toilet when someone from the maintenance crew knocked on my door. I told them to come back later but they insisted on coming in. The maintenance person said he had to fix my refrigerator door. He spent 10 minutes on it and left. After he was gone, I noticed that the door was still broken. I feel that the staff at this hotel was not hospitable at all. There was no care given to the guests and every employee that I interacted with made me feel as if I were bothering them. Unless you are just looking for a place to crash for the night, I would suggest staying away from this place. It was extremely overpriced for the experience that I had.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights last month and enjoyed every bit of my stay. The rooms are quite small in size but very mordern and clean. The location is good but a bit away from the tourist attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting london.

Overall, this is a fairly decent hotel in a decent location, but I wouldn't consider it as a 4 star. However, there is really nothing special about it in any way. The room was very plain. It was quiet so I got a good night's sleep. But the view from my room was terrible. Nothing was included like internet or breakfast.
