The only good thing about this hotel was the excellent location.

Was not able to use breakfast room. Difficult to explain that we'd paid for breakfast, in fact we were ignored and we eventually left the premises. Starbucks was within walking distance. Accessible to bus lines and interesting sites and some restaurants, mostly Indian and Lebanese cuisine.

Very friendly and courteous. It was my wife's birthday and the staff sent her a card and some petit fours. A nice touch. Well done.

Nice neighborhood This is a great hotelif you need to be in the Mayfair/St. James area. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice street right behind hotel with a few nice pubs and restaurants. I had my breakfast on that street every morning for half the price of the hotels restaurant. To get there, make a left out of the entrance, go to the end of the block, make a left, and go through the opening in the next building. Its a nice treat.

The room was rather small and basic - not a room to linger in! The bathroom was also on the small side with a very limited selection of the usual toiletries Breakfast was disappointing.
