if you want to feel spoilt and feel as though nothing is too much trouble visit this hotel. from the initial booking to the departure the staff cannot be more accomodating and i am very very hard to please! the room was more than adequate and no need to travel out if you paid for a package as enough at hotel if you are into using the gym, swimming pool, view! we paid £114 for one night including dinner and breakfast and food was of the essence there was so much on offer it was ridiculous i could not manage the full english breakfast with toast, yogurt, fruit salad brought up to our room the next morning at 10.00am as i was still stuffed from dinner. lovely atmosphere and a feel good factor around the whole hotel the staff should be pleased with the ambience they create. on a negative point it was a nightmare to find no signs and i was frustrated that not even the locals were able to explain how to get to the hotel though once found it is easy peasy, which is all the more reason to kick yourself! all in all i would visit this hotel again and again if their prices stay as reasonable as they did. well done hilton you did yourselves proud!

We had an enjoyable two night stay. With its free secure car park and courtesy bus to the local underground station, the Docklands is an ideal location for a quality sightseeing base but without paying central London prices. Ensure Hilton discounts are obtained, winter prices are good. Thirty minutes to central London, good local Thames walks, river bus access and good breakfast. Pool and gym if required. Many rooms with river views. If you have visited London before this is a good location for future trips, especially if you are traveling by car.
