The hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. The only downside is that it is a little over priced but it is central to everywhere I needed to be in London so I was prepared to pay the price. The breakfasts are to die for!!! That was the third visit I've made to that hotel and I would happily go back. Last time I did upgrade to a better class of room and that was worth it.

Good, sterile hotel. Excellent for overnights before Gatwick morning departures - just across the street from a side entrance to Victoria station, and a few steps away from Gatiwck Express. The only disadvantage - lousy, run down fitness/pool area, but this is not quite the most necessary when one stays a single night. Recommended!

very good hotel with spacious rooms and all necessary facilities. very convenient location both for tourists and business travelers - close to Victoria station and all tourist attractions (Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc- within walking distance). will definitely come back.

We were upgraded from a double room to a suite (presumably because of demand for doubles), but the bathroom had two plumbing problems: a slow-draining sink and a tub spout that needed fixing. (The elaborate rain, hand, and side shower heads worked fine, t

Nice hotel, not the best location The hotel was nice and the beds were very comfortable but the atmosphere was really nothing special. The hotel was located right next to Victoria Station so it was convenient but the view out the windows was unappealing.

The only thing was our window looked over the railroad station which would have been fine but there was dumpsters with all kind of trash laying around.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Although, the original room rates are a little expensive, any money you do spend will be well worth it. The staff were so helpful, the hotel very clean and services were great. Will definitely stay again...
