Stay comletely marred by the fact Lift not working and there seemed no prospect of it being repaired. My ninety year old Mother found walking up the stairs extremely difficult. Carpet in dining room threadbare in places - safety hazard. Staff unhelpful. Service at breakfast poor although food reasonable
