+Very organised and efficient without frills

+Very clean hotel, convenient location and helpful staff. -Breakfast could have been hotter and room slightly small.

+The area was very clean and within walking distance to a lot of the sights and the tube/train station. The staff were excellent and very helpful, the hotel/room was immaculate. -Room was a little small, but as we were sightseeing were not in it very long.

+convenient -traffic noise, satellite consisted of CNN, Music station ,a radio station, (sky news,sky sports news, stopped working).

+Good location for sight seeing and trains/underground. Toilet/shower room looked new - nice. -Very dissappointed with the breakfast. It would have been far better with either bacon, sausages or ham - never experienced a cooked or continental breakfast without at least one of these elements before.

+Clean and tidy with polite staff who were ready to help -Rooms very small but right for the cost I suppose

+Everything was perfect and clean you have to go there and see it by yourself.

+Proximity to public transport-very friendly staff-helpful and corteous

+Very clean and neat rooms, close to victoria (back side of the station) -Breakfast was good but could be even better. Charge of 1 pound for luggage is silly..

+Ease of check-in. Cleanliness of room. Location. -Bathroom was too small, as the design was poor. It was not possible to sit on the toilet except sideways (!) as the basin and cabinet were not designed to fit. The breakfast had no sausages or bacon which spoilt the English-style breakfast.
