Its cheap and reasonably clean and in a good location.

Rooms need complete renovation in order to feel a little comfort in the tiny rooms

Considering prices and location, best value for money.

I have stayed in Central London several times this year, booked by my organisation, but this time I booked it myself - and very glad I did, too. It was much better than the last place!

For the price, I think the hotel is ok. I find the structure of the hotel is a bit funny. It is both tall and narrow. It is about 5 stories high tall with all the rooms are located around the flight of stairs. Having said that, there's nothing wrong with it though. The hotel is reasonably located. It is close to Regent's Park station. Unless you travel with Contiki and get a Contiki discount in Royal National, it's a reasonble deal.

I would have liked to have known the location of the room and the floor I was on and an approximation of the size of the room.

+ Location to Euston, 15mins walk, conference centre 5 mins walk & price in that area

I think have said it all . and I think we got a lot fore our money.

The rooms are a bit squasy but the location makes up for it. Very central! - less than 10 minutes walk to Oxford Circus Tube. The service was a bit poor due to some language barrier otherwise thumbs up.
