The location of the hotel is what intially made me want to stay there, because anywhere I wanted to go in Central London was just a few minutes away. The accomodation was very good. The hotel staff was friendly. The entire experience was just great value for money.

London is an expensive city, as a consequence the value for money you get with such a hotel is rather poor compared to what you'd get in many other cities. If I'd known I would have paid a few tens of pounds more for something less worn out.

Stayed for 2 nights, and kept awake by front door slamming all night by other guests. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Room was freezing and did not comply to Health and Safety Regulations, and did not have a Fire Notice on the bedroom door. For London the price was very cheap, but this was reflected in the room. I will not be booking again.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. At first, the room looked very nice, with a little window giving to the backyards of the neighbouring houses. It is very convenient if you want to be close to the centre. However, the three Bs: Bed, Breakfast and Bath, were not satisfactory at all. The Bed was extremely uncomfortable, I had pain in my back for two days. The breakfast was poor and bad quality. The bath was a pre-fabricated one, like the ones in boats, big concerts or caravans, not ideal.

Awful hotel. Awful room. My room was in the basement, with no hot water ! The bathroom was so small, that the toilet was like if being in the shower. Low price for London, but there is no miracle

3 Bed Room - price excellent, good space, shower/toilet room cramped. Breakfast facilties cramped - queueing at peak times. Excellent positioning and value for all central London venues.
