Really the worst experience in several years of travels. The room was awful, dirty, with cracked electricity plugs, bathroom with no enough space to sit (when needed...), ridiculous sink, shower without protection against water on the floor, dangerous heater closed to bed, no lock inside the room, no space to open the luggage nor to distribute dresses. Only 2 available channels on TV, crutches on the support arm of TV ! Payment pretended in advance (only after we understan why...), poor breakfast. This is not acceptable in a European country.

Clean, safe area, tea at breakfast was lukewarm and coffee was usual English bad coffee. Staff pleasant.Otherwise good value

Good hotel for a few days stay, convenient location I read all the reviews about this and other hotels, so I knew what I was getting into. The room was quite small (2 double beds with a closet converted into a bathroom). The hotel staff was fairly nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a good free meal to start the day. Bottomline: If you don’t expect much, you won’t be disappointed. Traveler's tip on local attractions The Grapevine is extremely close to Victoria Station. There are a number of restaurants nearby. This is a good hotel if you’re looking for proximity and convenience.

The room and the bathroom were too small, the bed was very unconfortable and the window didn't close well. Although, the location of the hotel was great (5 minutes from Victoria Station)

Not impressed The best thing of the hotel is its location, near Victoria Station, Victoria UnderGround Line, and Victoria Coach Station. Easy to reach every place. But... the room was dirty, I've to struggle to get a soap, neither the TV nor the hair dryer worked during my 5-day stay. Breakfast was really basic. I definitely would try other options before getting back to this hotel.

We had a small double room with ensuit bathroom. It was very very small but It was enought clean and the location is the best because you can walk to Victoria Station and It doesn't take to you more than 6 or 7 minutes to arrive and there you can take a lot of buses. But the price was more expensive than the price that was given to me when I booked.

    - The en suite was so small that you couldn't sit properly on the Loo, due to the Wash Basin being in the way.It was a basement room with a ceiling fan that didn't work, and hadn't worked for sometime due to the cobwebs on it.The whole room needs redecora

Don't expect to find something of an exellent high standards, but it was worth the money we paid for. It is simple, small, clean and comfortable. Very close to Victoria station. Quite centrally loacated!!!
