We'll be back! The hotel is very well placed for shopping, theatre, etc. The dining room is small, but then the hotel is only 58 bedrooms, and if you have to wait for a table you do so in the welcoming Reception/Lounge Bar areas. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff and we'll definitely return when we're next in London.

Nice Hotel London black cabs were great. Fitted our pram inside easy. Cheap really - 10 pound to get to most places from the hotel.

Best service in any hotel ever! This hotel was 4 stars, compared with every other 5 star hotel I have stayed in this hotel should have 6 stars for services. ALL the staff from desk to cleaners said hello and were extremely helpful. If it is an intimate personal hotel in a super location in London then this is the one. From a seasoned travelled and ex. London resident.

NOT 4 star This hotel is well situated for West End entertainment and shopping, although it is much further from Covent Garden than the blurb says (more like a mile away). Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the room was small and the bathroom was particularly cramped - no way for two people to fit in at one time (in fact it was difficult for one normal-sized person to get to the sink without squeezing past the door). There is no air-conditioning, and the picture shown bears no resemblance to the double room we had. These things along with a few other small faults (some of which were rectified) meant that this hotel did not measure up to previous experience of 4-star hotels.

Cool room, nice bathroom, nice location. We didn't make use of the bar so I don't know about that but everything was great except I have two complaints: the optional breakfast package was way too overpriced (for an awesome included breakfast for only $5, try The Strand Palace hotel instead) and the internet cable in our room didn't work.

The place was cl;ean and decent. It actually had some pretty nice style, but both rooms were cramped. We were in a lower ground floor room with a window out to a storeroom where staff was often busy. Basically we were in a basement, with a window...

A very comfortable hotel in an exceptional location. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are well appointed. Some are small but on one stay we were fortunate to have a room on the first floor with a terrace which was fantastic. There is a lovely garden behind the hotel that is perfect for a quiet escape from noisy London.
